*Commons Community Dinners - a fundraiser to help pay down the mortgage. Join us for a delicious meal, an opportunity to share ideas, to give feedback to The Commons, and to help us raise money in a new and different way. Hosts and diners to connect sometime in February or subsequent months. Hosts can arrange their own diners or have their offer advertized. Send all questions, offers and reservations to Heide, 250-247-7384 or heidebrown[at]shaw.ca.

For potential hosts:
  1. Choose the date for your dinner party.
  2. Choose the 4-course menu you would like to provide.
  3. Choose the number of guests you would like to have.
  4. Choose the location of your party; your home or The Commons (no cost). If you choose The Commons, please call Roger at 9116, to ensure the date chosen is available, and to make a reservation.
  5. Please try to find guests for your dinner party. This would help as we're not advertizing this event in the papers. If you are unable to fill your table, please let us know, and we will work together to fill your available spaces.
  6. Let Heide know about your choices.
  7. If you choose to be reimbursed for any portion of the meal cost, please take that cost from the diners' donations.
For potential diners:
  1. Choose the Dinner Party you'd like to attend. Suggested donation to the Commons for this memorable experience is $30 per person.
  2. Contact Heide to make your reservation.
  3. Bring your own beverage.
  4. Enjoy the meal and company.
