Over a thousand people turned up on Sunday, Sept. 17
To wow over the giant beet and other produce in the exhibition area
To show off their dogs in the hugely popular dog show (where 100 or more dogs strutted their stuff)
To browse and buy stuff at the many vendors’ stalls.
To cheer on the variously decorated and wheeled squashes in the ever-popular Squash races.
To eat the great food on offer .
And to enjoy, and sometimes dance to, the great music provided through the afternoon and into the evening.
